I launched our No Excuse Mom SAN DIEGO Fitness Challenge this week!

Throughout the 12 weeks, I will be creating mini-vlogs on healthy fit-tips - that ANYONE can follow (not just moms "wink-wink")

So, are you drinking enough water during the day? If you work full time like me, you forget to get up from your desk to that water cooler in the breakroom to replenish...and this is BAD BAD BAD!
